We follow our projects in person. Our team leaves every month to bring humanitarian aid to unrecognized spontaneous refugee camps. Without intermediaries.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

SSCh – Support and Sustain Children<\/strong> –\u00a0is an independent, nonprofit voluntary association based in
\nVerdellino (Bg). It was founded in 2013 in the form of a purpose committee and then arrived at its current structure, starting in 2018.<\/p>\n

The association’s mission is to lend support and advocacy to the hundreds of families and thousands of children and youth orphaned and victimized by the decades-long Syrian conflict, extreme poverty in Madagascar and devastation in Gaza. We are committed to providing for their
\nbasic needs and building the conditions for social and economic redemption, restoring their denied dignity.<\/p>\n

Through concrete projects, such as the Aman Center, Help Point and clinic in Syria, support for the entire refugee camp on the Turkish-Syrian border, water and food access programs in Madagascar, and support for affected families in Gaza, we work to provide a better future for those living in emergency conditions.
\nBuilding on its experience in Jordan, Iraq, Greece, the Balkans and Romania, SSCh has put its organizational capacity to good use, bringing relief and aid not only to children, the main target of the team’s work, but also to refugees and displaced people living in extremely vulnerable
\nconditions.<\/p>\n

In addition to these interventions, SSCh works directly in Syria, Gaza and Madagascar, providing medical care, food support and development projects to restore dignity and future to those who need it most.<\/p>\n

A distinctive element of SSCh is its physical presence in the places of intervention. Every aid, support and activity is documented in monthly or bimonthly missions. Constant monitoring of the network of local collaborators, proper investment of resources and distribution to aid recipients is
\ncarried out. Every resource invested-derived from private donations or calls for proposals-is meticulously tracked and accounted for.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

My name is Andrea Martini and I am a member of this humanitarian association that operates in Syria and southern Turkey, in Gaza and Madagascar. I had the opportunity to participate in missions in refugee camps, where I was able to see first-hand the difficulty of the situation and the commitment of our organization. I was deeply impressed by the work done, the professionalism and dedication of the volunteers, as well as the concrete projects we are carrying out to improve the lives of people in conditions of great vulnerability. However, it was becoming increasingly clear to me that my heart was set on something else, and I told myself that one day I would work with Arianna for\u00a0<\/span>SSCh<\/span>. In 2020, I left the corporate world, enrolled in a\u00a0<\/span>Master’s degree in International<\/span>\u00a0Cooperation, started working in the non-profit sector, and now here I\u00a0<\/span>am.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
